General Business Activities:

The ABC Corporation has been established to become a multi-facetted company participating in a variety of industries. Our specialty is building and training worldwide sales and marketing organizations to promote various services and products on a worldwide basis through telemarketing, direct marketing, and multi-level marketing. In addition to providing training services, we are also involved in the purchase and sale of Real Estate and Securities.

Revenues are expected to be in the range of US$100,000 per month, but may vary from month to month. Some outgoing transfers may be necessary for sending funds to our brokerage accounts for investments in securities, as well as some transfers to third parties for commission payments, or bill payments, etc. There may also be a need for some certified (or official) bank checks in the future when dealing with certain real estate transactions. Initial Deposit: US$1000 by HSBC Official check (from the account of Joe Smith), then wire funds in from a securities account in the range of (+/- US$300,000). The account documentation will be provided if necessary.

Expected Average Balance: US$100,000 to US$200,000.
