In many cases, clients have the need to clear USD checks. Our correspondent is able to clear USD checks efficiently and effectively.
Our correspondent can clear any USD check paid to any name. However, they do not accept domestic money orders, travelers checks, endorsed checks, or double endorsed checks.
The time frame for clearing checks offshore is approximately 15 business days. Once the check clears, our correspondent will pay the funds in USD to any instructions that you provide.
The fee for clearing checks is 3.5 % of the amount of the check, plus a US$50 wire fee.
Please note that each client must provide the following documentation:
1.
Photocopy of Passport, notarized.
2. Original Financial Reference Letter
(from your bank, broker, or credit union).
3. Original, Signed and Notarized, Check Clearing Service Agreement.
